This map is a curated sample of the largest or most newsworthy named projects, not all ~90 in the Australian pipeline (or the New Zealand pipeline) individually plotted — most proposals are commercial-in-confidence or not yet publicly geolocated. Updated July 2026 to include NSW's Investment Delivery Authority (IDA) endorsements from March 2026 and the Stockland/Fife Capital Western Sydney filing from April 2026.
